As the release of the 2011 CR-Z Sport Hybrid nears, many of you are wondering what this car is like to drive as well as how much it will cost. Honda recently announced the CR-Z would start at $19,200 (MSRP excluding tax, license, registration, $750.00 destination charge and options. Dealer prices may vary). Add in destination and handling charges and the sport hybrid will still be under $20,000. And while you patiently await your first CR-Z test drive, you can read early driving impressions from two well-known and respected car gurus—James Bell and RJ de Vera. They borrowed the keys to an early production CR-Z and drove it in real-world situations—not inside a lab or on a perfectly prepared test track.
