Drive Safely and get Money Back on Your Insurance

Car insurance is a necessary cost of owning a car. Premiums have increased in recent years, and they’re particularly expensive for young drivers, who represent the biggest risk group. But it’s not all gloom and doom on the road because the best insurance companies offer no claims discounts for drivers who make no claims within a set period of time. Have a look at MoneySupermarket.com to find car insurance plans that include no claims bonuses.

Very basically, car insurance is a method of calculating risk. Factors that insurers consider are drivers’ age, income and marital status, and the type of car he or she drives considering factors such as technology, modifications and the likely cost of repair. Depending on these factors, insurers calculate the likelihood of an accident and charge a corresponding premium. In the event of an accident, a driver can claim against his insurance and the company will pay.

Great tips to help you save money when buying a new car

Whether it's the recession or the economic road to recovery, you'd be silly to overlook any opportunity to save money on big purchases. Second only to a house in terms of importance, as well as the possibility of holding onto a few extra quid through haggling, is an investment in a car. With these great tips, you should be able to have a little more pocket money after the big purchase.
Firstly, do your research in a number of car review magazines, such as What Car? magazine. These provide the average asking prices for vehicles too, so you shouldn't overlook these as your initial go-to. On top of this, go online and check showroom prices; go to car auction and sales sites to check past transaction history for the motor you want when you eventually look for it among the range of Evans Halshaw new cars.

Inexpensive, High-Quality Rides

So you’re looking for the most inexpensive car on the market that will get you where you’re going safely. Fortunately, you’re in the right place, a list of the five cheapest, high-quality cars so you can spend your energy searching for free insurance quotes, or watching YouTube videos of dancing cats. With no further ado, here they are, five cars that won’t break the bank:

Nissan Versa 1.6S ($11,750)
Successor to the Nissan Almera, this sub-compact has just as much interior room as a mid-size Sedan and is giving the Toyota Yaris a run for its money. The 1.6S does not necessarily offer all the varieties of transmission (four speed automatic, variable transmission and six-speed manual) as other models of the Versa and you won’t get ABS or cruise control, but for that price are you surprised?

Smart ForTwo Pure ($13,240)
Second generation of a car with an automated manual transmission that feels every bit like a manual. Roll-down windows, no air conditioning and no stereo—no problem. It gets you where you’re going and since there’s only two seats you don’t have to feel guilty not slowing down for hitchhikers anymore. Also, a new universe of parking possibilities will be opened up to you.

Easy Handling Infiniti QX56 is a Hit in 2011

Infiniti QX56

People have been talking about Infiniti following the unveiling of Sebastian Vettel’s SUV concept car, based on the FX50. But there’s another SUV that’s been getting attention on behalf of the Japanese automotive company: the QX, which is entering the second year of its second-generation redesign. Since its debut in March 2010, it has quickly established itself as an excellent family vehicle in terms of size and quality of appointments.

The biggest appeal is certainly the space, seating up to eight in its roomy interior, making the Infiniti QX the largest SUV among Infiniti’s luxury crossover models. They’re sticking with a good thing for 2012 and making very few changes, except for some tech updates (a Blind Spot Intervention system and 15-speaker Bose Cabin Surround), heating in the second-row seats and headlight washers. These changes are model specific depending on the Touring, Theatre, Wheel and Tyre or Technology Packages.
